Every price shown on fastairstore.com is our retail price — what a member of the public pays, whether they buy one item or twenty.

Wholesale rates are different, and they are shared privately, on request. That is deliberate, and it is for your benefit.

If we published wholesale prices publicly, your own customers could see what you paid. Your margin would be visible to anyone who walked into your shop. Every retailer we supply would be undercut by their own supplier's website.

Retail prices are public. Wholesale rates are private. You get the rates, your customers get your price.

Is there a minimum order?

Wholesale rates start at 10 units per product. Below that, buy at the retail price on fastairstore.com — it is the same stock, delivered the same way.

There is no minimum to request the catalogue.

How much cheaper is wholesale than the prices on your site?

That depends on the product and the quantity, which is why the rates are quoted rather than published. Tell us what you stock and roughly how much you order, and you will have real numbers the same working day.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes. Buy one unit at the retail price on fastairstore.com to check the quality before committing to 10 or more.

What happens if stock arrives damaged or wrong?

Our dispute resolution policy follows the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act. Report it with photographs and we will replace or refund. You are dealing with a registered company, not an individual.

How do I pay?

In naira, through Paystack — card, bank transfer or USSD. No currency conversion at checkout and no foreign transaction fees.
