Delivery Policy
Free delivery on every order, anywhere in Nigeria, normally 20–60 days.

Cost
Delivery is free on all orders to addresses in Nigeria. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge is added at checkout.
Timing
Orders normally arrive within 20 to 60 days of payment being confirmed. This reflects real international shipping times to Nigeria. We publish the honest range rather than a shorter figure we could not meet.
Delivery can take longer during festive periods, when customs processing is slower than usual, or when weather disrupts freight. We will tell you if we know your order is delayed.
Where we deliver
All 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. We do not currently deliver outside Nigeria.
Your address
Please give a complete address including a landmark where one helps, and a phone number that is switched on. Most failed deliveries are caused by an incomplete address or an unreachable phone.
If your address is wrong, contact us immediately. We can change it before the order ships; once it has shipped we cannot.
Tracking
You can check your order at any time on the tracking page using your order ID and the email you used at checkout. A courier tracking number is added once your parcel is dispatched.
Customs and duty
Nothing further is payable. The price you paid covers getting the item to your address.
If an order does not arrive
If 60 days have passed and your order has not arrived, contact support@fastairstore.com. Where an order is confirmed lost in transit, you receive a full refund. See Refunds.
