Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Who is responsible
FastAir Retail Store Limited (RC-9745300), Ogun State, Nigeria, is the data controller for personal information collected through fastairstore.com. This policy is written with reference to the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the NDPR.
What we collect
- To deliver your order: name, email, phone number and delivery address
- If you create an account: the above, plus a password stored only as an encrypted hash that cannot be reversed
- For payouts, if you take part in referrals: bank name, account name and account number
- Automatically: IP address, a short description of your browser and device, and pages visited
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own systems.
Why we hold it
- To take payment, deliver your order and keep you informed about it
- To answer you when you contact support
- To detect fraud and protect accounts — this is why sign-in attempts and IP addresses are recorded
- To send order updates and receipts, which are part of the service rather than marketing
- To send occasional reminders about items left in a basket, which you can stop at any time
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order: our payment provider, our email provider, our shipping and fulfilment partners, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal information to anybody, and we do not allow advertisers to buy access to it.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect against fraud.
How long we keep it
- Order records: retained for accounting and tax purposes
- Account details: until you ask us to delete your account
- Activity logs, including sign-ins: 90 days, then deleted automatically
- Automated email records: 180 days, then deleted automatically
Your rights
You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing. Email support@fastairstore.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can make a request in your name.
You can change your own name, email, phone and bank details at any time in your dashboard. Each change is confirmed by a code sent to your email.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Signing in requires a code sent to your email as well as your password. Bank account numbers are masked wherever they are displayed, and access is recorded. No system is perfect, but these are the measures we take.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Significant changes will be emailed to account holders.
