Terms of Service
The agreement between you and FastAir Retail Store Limited when you use this store.

1. Who we are
fastairstore.com is operated by FastAir Retail Store Limited, registered in Nigeria under RC-9745300, with its registered office in Ogun State. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using the site.
2. Using the site
You may browse and buy for your own use. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently.
4. Prices
All prices are in Nigerian naira and include delivery. Prices depend on exchange rates and can change at any time before you order. The amount confirmed at checkout is the amount you pay; we recalculate it on our own systems before taking payment, so a price shown incorrectly in your browser does not bind us.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm payment. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, the price was wrong, or the payment fails our checks.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free and normally takes 20–60 days. Timings are estimates and not guarantees. See Delivery Policy.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Covered by our Returns, Refunds and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.
8. Promo codes and referrals
Promo codes may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Orders already placed keep the discount they received. You may not use a code that belongs to you in order to discount your own purchase, and you may not earn commission on your own orders. We may withhold earnings and close accounts where we find attempts to manufacture referrals through additional accounts.
9. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can using information from manufacturers. Colours can look different on different screens, and sizes may vary between makers. Where something arrives materially different from its description, the Returns policy applies.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, or refunding you. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed occasions arising from a delayed delivery. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. See Dispute Resolution for how complaints are handled.
