What we have done, what we have not done yet, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Our aim
Everyone should be able to buy from this store, including people using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or a phone with the text size turned up.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives
- Text and background colours are chosen for contrast
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device asks for less motion
- Text can be enlarged without the layout breaking
- Form fields have labels that screen readers announce, and errors are announced when they appear
What is not there yet
Some product images come from manufacturers with no useful description attached, so their alternative text is weaker than we would like. We are working on it, and we would rather say so than claim full compliance.

If you cannot complete an order because of an accessibility problem, write to us and we will place it for you.
