Dispute Resolution
If we cannot agree, here is exactly what happens next.
Last updated: 16 August 2026 · This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
Step one: tell us
Most problems are a misunderstanding and are settled in one email. Write to support@fastairstore.com with your order ID and what you would like us to do. We aim to reply within one working day.
Step two: escalate to us in writing
If you are not satisfied with the first answer, reply and ask for the matter to be escalated. It will be reviewed by someone senior, and you will get a written decision, with reasons, within 7 working days.
Step three: outside help
If we still cannot agree, you may take the matter to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), which handles consumer complaints in Nigeria. We will cooperate with any enquiry they make and provide the records they ask for.
If your complaint concerns a payment, you may also raise it with your bank or card issuer.
What we will not do
We will not close your account, cancel your orders, or withhold your referral earnings because you have made a complaint. Raising a dispute is your right and it costs you nothing with us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that reaches them.
